We started as a simple family business in 2012 when Maricela & Lucas Smith decided to team up to optimize their production.

Maricela Smith has been helping clients achieve their dreams for over 20 years. She is a licensed real estate broker and was born and raised in Sinaloa, Mexico. She got into real estate to further her passion for helping people and focusing on assisting them to achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership.

Lucas Smith is a licensed real estate agent and has been serving people and helping them achieve their dreams for over 10 years. He got into real estate as he is passionate about serving people and has always loved and been fascinated by houses. He met Maricela in Corona at a real estate office where they both worked and was immediately smitten by her.

They formed a team shortly after that and were married within two years.

They reside in Orange County CA. and love hiking, taking trips with their two children, and spending time together watching movies.

While our team has grown over the years in both the number of agents as well as our well-loved and necessary support staff, we are all family here and love and treat one another as such. We service all of Orange County, Western Riverside County, and San Bernardino County on this side of the Cajon Pass.
